Carlos consistently provides a world-class dining experience. Creative, flavorful dishes, flawlessly prepared, changing with the seasons. The menu includes ""sure hit"" favorites, plus an endless supply of equally wonderful new dishes from Carlos' great kitchen staff. Out front, the atmosphere is warm and comfortable, with genuine smiles greeting every patron. Black tie or ""no tie"" is right at home. And honest answers from the servers about any dish, or its preparation, help to ensure you get the meal you personally will love. Not to mention one of the best wine lists anywhere.... For any special occasion, or to create one, Carlos' just can't be beat.
