Review content:
This place is only good because of the guys who are on the plane with you. Management feigns concern but does nothing about pricing cons. After talking to people who have jumped here, they all say the same thing... Of course the jump is a great experience but they too were misled when it came to pricing and because we didn't know the names of the people who had multiple times quoted a lower rate for us, the owner said there was nothing he could do with a name. We had reserved a group of 9, they earned at least $3,000 from us with jump fees and videography and there was NOTHING he could do? Hard to believe. Customer service is key in these luxury sports. Go to Skydive Houston instead.
