Shoud be a 0 stars rating. Bad experience with them & TF Installations. Tried to use them for a fencing job. I went with HD because they gave the lowest estimate, but they called me a day later and said, oops, they made a mistake, your job would be hundreds $ more....that bait & switch tactic should've tipped me off right there.
They changed my first install date (so I lost a vacation day which I'd already scheduled), never showed on my 2nd date (lost a 2nd vacation day), and it took me over 2 hours and lots of phone calls to find someone who didn't say ""it's not in my control, you have to talk with ...."" They never called, they just never showed up. After numerous phone calls, finally got someone at TF Installations who said that as of the night before he was told a crew was coming early Friday morning. And of course, it's not him but he has call that guy & he can't reach him....And we can reschedule for you. AGAIN. So 3 of my vacation days are now gone.
