Naz is rude and his color was awful. I arrived on Saturday right before my appt. Naz made me wait 20 minutes. I started explaining the color I want and I brought pictures. I wanted brown with golden highlights. He told me I was taking too much of his time for this explanation. I still went ahead with it, thinking even though he was rude his work would be good. The color came out black and the highlights almost silver. I hated it. I told him I didn't like it, he did something to it, but the hair color was still black, and the highlights were slightly better. I would never ever go back to him, after paying $230 I expect to get the color I want and good service and I didn't get either. Think twice before going.
