Businiess name:  Vandel & Overstreet
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
This company has a reputation (well deserved) for not paying his subcontractors. Glenn Overstreet seems like a great guy, but drags out the process asking for different billing forms, copies, etc. Then, he says you've double or triple billed for the same item (copies...duh). After meetings, additional backup, etc., etc., etc., he simply refuses to answer the phone or messages. Finally, even the CPA he instructed to work with you concedes that there's nothing he (the CPA) can do and he doesn't believe this company will ever pay. The owner of the properties has proven payment ($26,000.00) has been made to Vandel & Overstreet. Cons: He puts your property in danger of a lien which will hold up in court.
