Awful service! They are lazy and mean. Very nonprofessional service. I was blamed I damaged the van I rented and I was charged $200 for nothing. On top of that the fuel was not 7/8 of the tank as they said it will be and I still had to return it with 7/8 or I get charged. I filled it up so I don't get in trouble ( I should have checked before leaving the location but I did not) . I called and requested to talk to the manager - he was rude, refused to give me his name and threatened me with the police. Again, all this for a damage I did not do. Then he hang up on me. Do NOT go to this location! Bunch of people who are taking advantage of their customers.
