I'd gotten bids from a few foundation companies. Advanced was about in the middle, but the piers impressed me more, as did the people. So, I chose them. I'm very glad that I did. The men did a very good job, working around my flower beds to the best of their ability, and replanting anything that needed to be dug up. None of the companies I got bids from would guarantee that the plants would survive, and one company even refused to replant anything and said that wasn't their job, they only do foundation work. Advanced not only did their best to be careful of my plants, they told me to pay special attention to them for the next several weeks, as it's the after care of the plants that helps them survive. I did, and my plants are fine. They also re-mortarted the cracks on the exterior of my house, and did a great job doing so, matching what was already there (another thing that another company refused to do). I would absolutely recommend them to everyone I know and, in fact, have done so. Their work and customer service are superior, to say the least. The lifetime transferrable warranty is also a HUGE selling point when I sell my home.
