Review content:
It was quite obvious that the sales people are on commission. My Mother was looking at glasses with a sales lady while she was waiting for her exam. When she was finished with her exam, she decided on some glasses and was ready to check out. The first sales lady was busy with another customer so she asked another person to help her. The first sales person was VERY RUDE to the second sales person who helped my Mother. She made it very obvious that we were to WAIT for her to finish instead of having some one who was not busy help us. It was quite uncomfortable and I certainly felt sorry for the second sales person who agreed to help us.
