I had been going to a highly rated dentist in the area - but with 3 kids found it hard to get an appointment where I didn't have to pull my kids out of school and lose office time in my own school. On the days I could work things out he was in one of his two out of town offices. I finally gave up and in frustration went to this office. They are renovating the complex and it about to be even nicer. They worked with me to get in when I could and were quick to call when there was a cancellation that worked out to an even better time - unlike my previous dentist.
Pros: Office staff willing to work with patients - Doctor had them comfortable and relaxed - had no problem with me being in the examination area
Cons: Parking a bit crazy with renovations
