I found this guy through Service Magic. The problem with Service Magic is the contractors put their best foot forward until you write a good review. Then, when they know you can't do anything about it, they suddenly behave like regular contractors (no offense to the good guys out there). I scheduled a job with Stephen which required my husband to work a half day. THAT MORNING, I get a call saying he can't do the job in the time allotted. I call him and explain the faucet is now a steady leak, the husband has arranged his schedule, and he says, ""well, we'll come out but it will be an extra $150 per hour for any time after 4:30 pm"". His scheduling conflict and we're punished???!!! Needless to say, I fired him on the spot. NEVER AGAIN!
