Businiess name:  Maids in Motion

Review content:
Maids in motion cleaned my home for a number of months. They told us they were bonded (insured) in case they accidentally break something. The cleaning was fair. I would often have to have them either come back or redo something. They were very rushed in their work and didn't take the time to make sure they cleaned a room well. Either they wouldn't vacuum the entire floor, or they would miss areas that required mopping, or they would leave visible debris on my counters or my floors. I had two problems with maids in motion that inspired me to let others know about them. They are not bonded. I found out they scratched my doors; I also noticed my faucet, in a bathroom that we rarely use, was also scratched. In their hurried state, a jewelry box of mine was closed shut with my herringbone bracelet hanging over the side and that was also ruined. I asked MIM to cover my shower doors. They asked me, ""Will you pay half?"" I told them that the reason why I selected MIM was b/c they were bonded/insured for accidents like this. I have not heard from MIM since.
