Review content:
I contacted this company to supply and install a new furnace in the rental property I own in Detroit. We agreed on a price to provide a furnace of suitable size / capacity for the property and to install the same. Cash was paid up front for all materials and he and his partner subsequently returned to install the heater. I have now discovered that the heater he has installed is not the correct size for the property and is not the one we agreed on and that I paid for. City of Detroit have attnended and inspected the installation - not to code AND a substantial gas leak resulting from his shoddy workmanship. He will neither return my calls nor my e-mails and is apparently happy to have taken my money. Unfortunately he underestimates the power of the internet. My advice to anyone looking to have HVAC installed is to avoid this guy like the plague. I am now losing money on my rental property as the city will not issue a certificate of occupancy until the deficiencies are corrected, Brett YOUNG is apparently unwilling to do this. Even if he were the heater is undersized and will not provide adequate heating. He must be hard up for a buck because the correct heater wasn't that much more expensive, he just pocketed the difference. Let's see to it that he's even harder up for a buck! Avoid him, take away his livelihood, let's see him living in a cardboard box under a bridge!
