Review content:
This company has mechanics and salepeople who do not have the adequate knowledge necessary to do a good job. One of their other locations messed up a repair, and this location attempted to fix it. They did not repair the problem, and now I have to pay to take it to the dealership anyway. I should have just done this in the beginning. They actually tried to tell me I needed new spark plugs and the job would cost $185.00!! Ha! When I called them out, they blamed it on ""computer error."" What a joke! Now, the owner does not want to refund my money! They try to sell you parts you do not need. Perhaps, they should stick w/ the basics like tires and oil changes. If you have asignificant problem with your car, go somewhere else!
