Much like the other reviewer I went b/c my AC had gone out. I paid $400 for an engine diagnostic and an AC diagnostic. The only thing I ended up actually ""getting"" was new spark plugs and wires. They said that my AC compressor was out among other things and quoted me $2000. After reading these other reviews, by mistake by the way, i decided to go to the Meineke down the road on N Druid. Long story short. They told me my AC compressor was fine and the only thing wrong was a hole in one of the hoses, and they didn't charge me for a diagnostic. I saved over $1700. It makes me think Firestone didn't even do a diagnostic. I was fully prepared to go to the Firestone the morning I read the reviews. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, FIND ANYONE ELSE BUT THIS FIRESTONE ON N DRUID HILLS ROAD...THEY RIP YOU OFF!!!!
