I would like to begin and tell you how disappointed I was with the practice. I have taken many a dog there in the past. Last Thursday morning my dog tried to jump onto the couch and fell back. She immediately let out a scream. She was having trouble putting any pressure on her back legs for any amount of time. I called my husband home from work to take her into your clinic. The doctor there said that she didn't see anything wrong with our dog and sent us home with non-steroidal medicine. When I arrived home from work I took one look at her and could tell there was something terribly wrong. I called your office on Saturday only to be told that Dr. Yaeger was completely booked and that Dr. Weber could see her. Dr. Weber was the one that had seen her on Friday and as for as I was concerned misdiagnosed her along with giving her the wrong medication. I was told that if I insisted on seeing Dr. Yaeger that it would be a two hour wait. What does emergency mean to you. If I just needed a doctor for annual shots I could go to a pet store. I feel that this was not handled correctly. I therefore took my animal to Webster Groves Animal Hospital where they diagnosed her with a bulging disc and gave her the appropriate medication for her condition. They also advised that we obtain a x-ray to make sure that she had no other issues. The doctor there has called once to see how Cassidy is doing and to make sure everything is fine. That is what I truly think a Animal Hospital is all about, not just the money. I would like a refund for my visit on along a refund for the wrong medication prescribed. Debbie Hixson
