Great plumber! If you're looking for an honest, thorough and affordable plumber I wouldn't look any further. I had problems with low pressure in my hot water. I got three estimates and the other two guys (Southtown and Roark) insisted on replacing all the hot water steel pipes in the basement right to the water main for $3000-$4000. Chris had a much more reasonable approach. He gave me an estimate with three choices 1)re-piping the first 10 feet or so, 2)re-piping all the hot steel pipes in the basement and 3) re-piping all the hot and cold steel pipes in the basement. He was very flexible and said that he would try the least expensive option first, then if it didn't work, he would try the 2nd and 3rd if necessary. He had two of his employees come out to do the re-piping. It turned out that the least expensive option worked great, so I only had to spend a few hundred bucks. Compared to the other estimates I got Chris saved me $2000-$3000. Also, his estimate for repiping all the steel pipes was still less than half of what the other guys wanted to do the same work. Chris came by after the piping was done and also fixed my problematic kitchen faucet for only an extra 50 bucks while he was here. All the repairs happened quickly in one day. I'd definitely use them again. Total came to $435.
