Although they're a little far out west for most folks, my wife and I have had two relatively pleasant experiences with this dealership. They didn't answer e-mail requests, but promptly answered phone requests. Their initial price quote was good (although not great) over the phone, but they agreed to meet any other St. Louis area dealer's price (and they did). The F&I guy is a little bit of a head case, but most F&I guys are (just practice saying ""no"" at home for a while, and you'll be fine). Even though it is a little bit of a drive to get out to see these guys, it will probably be worth it to you when you are ready to buy. Although I'm sure they'd be more than accomodating if you wanted to do a test drive, there's no reason to go all the way out to Washington, MO to do such - just make the trip when you've settled on what you want and are ready to seal the deal. Pros: reasonable pricing, friendly staff Cons: a little too far west for some in St Louis metro (?)
