I can't belive this was the only shop in town that would even talk to me about my boats problem let alone take it in on short notice. Everyone else I spoke to eather said it was to old (1986) or it couldn't be looked at for a few weeks. The owner and his wife were very pleasent, there shop was clean and there employees didn't make me feel stupid when asking questions. I boat but I'm not mechanicaly inclined so this was a big plus for me. They diagnosed and completed a water pump service in a couple of days as promessed and had found some trailer brake issues I wasn't aware of. In all the years of owning my SeaRay i don't remember any boat shop paying attention to the trailer i alwas took it some place else. While waiting to be helped I couldn't help overhearing some phone conversations that made me feel comfortable they truley know how to talk to people and give them honest answers. Hershey the shop dog is like the WalMart greeter only she not going to call security if try to rub her belly! Over all my experiance was very good and it's suprising there aren't many other shops with the same attituited considering how many boats are around here. Looking at Citysearch hardly any boat shop get reviews, what a waste of a good resource. Pros: Honest, Friendly, Helpful Cons: Nothing comes to mind.
