As a graduate student at UM I have to watch my spending and wanted to make sure to receive the maximum benefits from my tax refund. This year I went to E-FILE FLORIDA and had the most wonderful experience. Esther Hastings was the representative that took care of me and she did a wonderful job at making me feel at ease. She had me fax in all my documents prior to our meeting so that when I arrived at her office I was finished filing my taxes within fifteen minutes! Esther went out of her way to make sure my taxes were filed correctly and that I received my maximum benefits. I would recommend E-FILE FLORIDA to anyone. I will definitely use E-FILE FLORIDA in the future.
