I purchased a mattress, box spring and frame from Upscale Furniture from the owner Tin on March 6, 2012. It seemed like a good idea at the time because Tin said he would give me free delivery and ensure same day delivery. Little did I know that my new bed would come with BED BUGS!!! I slept in my new bed for a few nights, but every morning woke with these tiny bumps on my skin. After the awful realization that these bumps were from bed bugs, I called to confront Tin. Tin was very rude to me and would not give me a refund for my bed. He told me to call their manufacturer, Crystal Bedding. I called Crystal Bedding and was told I could return any product if I was not satisfied. I borrowed a friend's truck and dropped the mattress, box spring and frame off at his store and asked again for my refund. If you read the bottom of your receipt it says there is a ""25% restocking fee,"" which confirms the fact that they return furniture. Tin refused to give me my money back and said, ""I did not hold a gun to your head and make you buy this."" After his remark, I left his mattress, box spring and frame at his store and left without my refund. So now I am left with no bed, exterminator fees, I threw away all my new sheets, pillows etc. and have been sanitizing every article of clothing I own to make sure it hasn't been infested with bed bugs. Upscale Furniture has cost me a lot more than just the $437 I wasted on a bug infested mattress. I do not want anyone else to go through the hell I've been facing since purchasing from Upscale Furniture, so unless you want BED BUGS, DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!
