Review content:
Very unprofessional. This management company does nothing but sit in their office and collect their money. Community has become a shambles because they won't enforce covenants. They hire the slowest and cheapest for any job that does get done and subsequently work is subpar. Do not communicate. When they do they use email list that does not include all homeowners. Do not return calls. If you are lucky enough to talk with someone they never have the answer you need and give vague information and never offer to find out what you really need and call back. STAY AWAY from this non-professional company.
Pros: Absolutely None
Cons: Do nothing company; no communication, no enforcement of rule
