Douglas Property Management has provided us with quality service and impeccable reports for the past several years that I have served on the board. I read complains about what they are not doing and have never seen these issues in our community. There are some homeowners in my community that feel the Management Company is out to get them. This is because they have not paid their dues in years and leave debris in their driveway for months. Who wants to live next to a house that has a dishwasher or piles of trash or a truck on blocks in the driveway? This is why I bought a house in a covenant protect community. Again I would recommend Douglas Property Management to any Association looking for the best quality and professional company.
