As is customary with most contractors of any type the contractor appears more than accommodating and knowledgeable when bidding for a job. This company was eager to accept this job but oh, alas, the professed experts, forgot to ask and suggest that we may want to include gates for lawn service. When I broached this ""slight"" overlook their response to me was that it was basically my problem. I appealed to them that if I gave a contractor a set of blue prints for a building would he not notice there were not bathrooms if the ordingary person was submitting some rudimentary plans? Once they had their monies they were no longer intrested in doing what was proper! To add to the woes of their incompetence the posts that were theoretically based in a large volume of conrete I now, being a 110 woman can lift some of the posts out of the ground entirely. They begrudgingly came out to look at the soure of my complaint and left saying they would see what they could do about this predicament and to date have not heard back from them. I would highly recommend anyone comtemplating using their services move on to someone else of more favourable character and concern about their reputation!
