HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!! THE PRICES MAY SEEM GOOD BUT IT IS NOT WORTH ALL OF THE STRESS YOU WILL HAVE BEFORE YOUR WEDDING!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could have rated this place at a 0 or in the negatives even, I would have. Nancy, the owner, is an awful business woman who makes the customer pay for her mistakes. I bought my dress from her with a contract that states ""We can only estimate when we will receive the dress and we are not responsible if it takes longer than 12 weeks. If the bride needs the dress in less than 12 weeks, we will assess a rush charge in the amount of $50. Please allow 5-9 weeks."" I rushed my dress, THANK GOD, because INSTEAD OF MY DRESS TAKING 5-9 WEEKS, IT TOOK 18 WEEKS!!!!! Her initial excuse was that I ordered it in September and it was now Christmas time, so that's why there was a delay--SERIOUSLY!?! You have to account for the holidays now when you order a dress 4 months in advance???? I told Nancy I didn't feel it was right that I should still pay the rush fee because it definitely was not within the 9 week rush time frame and her response was that she had been meaning to rewrite the contract and since she was charged the $50, I had to pay it. She DOESN'T ADHERE TO THE CONTRACT YOU SIGN, and eating $50 matters more to her than a happy customer. You pay half upfront and she ties your hands by saying that she will ""find something else to do with your dress"", and the dress came in so late that I was scared to find another dress. I also talked to my friends as this situation was going on and my girl friend said that one of her friends ordered her dress from them and DIDN'T GET HER DRESS UNTIL 2 DAYS BEFORE HER WEDDING!!! NANCY IS AWFUL, HER BUSINESS PLAN IS AWFUL, AND I TRULY HOPE SHE GOES OUT OF BUSINESS SO COLORADO BRIDES CAN BE SAVED FROM THIS AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
