Where do I begin? They took 6 months and a week to have in the dress I ordered, that came in the WRONG COLOR and 9 days before my wedding! They never returned a phone call to update me on the location of the dress during shipment. I made several face to face visits that resulted in terrible customer service. I had to go buy a new dress days before my wedding at another salon. Bridal World is refusing to give me my money back for a dress that was ordered WRONG! They also ordered some of my bridemaid dresses in the wrong size and insulted the girls. They have not taken responsiblity for any of their glaring errors, and have no sympathy for the fact that they almost ruined the wedding day. STAY AWAY!!!!
