Don't go to this facility for care!!!!!! There is 1 good Doctor, Dr. Paul Hinton - great guy! But the rest of the office won't give you decent patient care. You can't get an appointment without jumping through hoops - feels like they try and keep you as far away from your Doc as possible, this even happened for a follow up visit when I was taken to the ER by ambulance! They give dangerous medical advice over the phone, I was told to give my 5 week old son clear liquids for his loose bowels! Not proactive in following up with patient care, i.e. calling for test results, reports, or medical records - you as the patient are expected to do all that for them. Administration is at the very least discourteous - the Administrators themselves are rude, and if a problem is brought to their attention they become accusatory and threatening. They do not claim resposibility for poor patient care.
