Did a half-ass A/C install. When his crew left we turned it on and it did not work. Called Jack back and was astonished when his reply was for me to 'get someone to fix it.""
He dropped a bogus unit in my house and he knew it. He knew the unit would not work and had absolutely no intention of ever coming back to my house to man up. He is the HVAC's version of a snake-oil salesman: all promises and talk, no conscious or work ethic.
