Review content:
I went to the new location at I45 and 3083. I called and made arrangements to take my car in. I gave them my insurance information. They made the rental car reservation and had the car at Service King for me. All I did was drive the car there and get into the rental. Made it so easy. We went over the damage on the car and pointed out what I was concerned about. I had a representative that worked with me directly. He kept me updated on the progress. More damage was found when they disassembled the car. Service King contacted the insurance company and had the extra work approved. When the work was completed, I was notified. They allowed me to leave the rental with them when picking up my vehicle. They went over the repairs with me and visually pointed out everything. The car repairs looked good, I am very pleased with my experience at Service King. I would highly recommend them.
