Review content:
This company went on the WWL radio station advertising that they were working with the Hazard Mitigation Specialist to install Hurricane shutters for those recipients of the 7500.00 grant. I qualified and had all of my ducks in a row so I immediately called before they went off air and spoke to someone who informed me that Shelley would contact me back to set the appointment and sure enough, I have had three different appointments of which none materialized. Twice it was a no call, no show. I called after the last missed appointment which was on yesterday and no one called back. Finally, I called this morning and low and behold Shelley answers her cell phone,She gave me her cell number to reach her because no one answers the phone at the office, She stated to me that she never checked her message and never explained why the appointment was a no call, no show. She advised me to get another company because of where I live which is St. Charles Parish. I must admit that I am furious because i have been waiting for them for almost three months and then to have them throw me under a bus is awful. I asked to speak to the owner of the company or supervisor and she gave me his cell number and I still waiting for him to even return the call. So all you folks out there be careful with this company!
Pros: Didn't have a chance to find out!
Cons: They lie about coming out for set appointments!
