This is in response to the not so great review posted recently. I love this store! The ""dark haired girl behind the counter"", as one reviewer calls her, who does have a name-Gillian- and I have a terrific rapport and she was most helpful with my recent purchases, as well as being interested in my saga of acquiring a new dog soon. The owner, Lynn, is also super and so friendly and personally interested in me. Their stock is beatiful and well displayed, and their selection is amazing. If there's something that you want and it's not there, they'll order it for you or make suggestions for alternate paths. It's a fun store to just go into and look around! I usually seek out all dog stores in new cities and this one is the best. The customer service is as good if not better than at many large stores-Petco, you know who you are!-and the fact that it's just a few miles from my home puts it over the top. I could live there, it's so comfortable and comforting. I can't wait to bring my new dog in there to choose some toys and biscuits. Remember, if you have a bad experience in a store, maybe it's YOU and your attitude. As far as I'm concerned, I'm telling everyone about this wonderful store. There are absolutely no negatives and I just hope they stay around for many years to come.
