I was referred to HH by several friends and neighbors who have been customers for a long time (which tells me they are doing something right). I took pictures of what I had existing and they knew exactly what I needed right away. I have little knowledge but am in charge of remodeling my entire church. They sold me Dorma panics and closers and even fit me with all the extra accessories you just don't think about. I've heard stories from others of other companies just spinning them in circles, but I wasted no time hassling...they had everything in stock and were very knowledgeable...great people!
