This is a horrible place. I live a couple of blocks so I've been going there for convenience. First, they loose my husband's armani pants and give me some 20% discount in return. I gave them another chance and took a huge load of dry cleaning. My husband's Paul Smith shirt came back with a huge hole on the cuff. I've been going there to inquire about whether they can fix it or compensate us for it for the past 2 weeks and they keep on telling me that they're still lookiing into it and they would call me (a phone call I never receive). Bad service and not trustworthy. If you care about your clothes I would go somewhere else, they are terrible.
