This community has large (1/4 acre) lots, newer homes and is extremely affordable as compared to other communities in the area. The management of this community is very involved in making this a pleasant place to live and raise your family. Management drive-throughs are common place to help maintain compliance with Community rules. The country setting provides a quiet, calm neighborhood and with supermarkets and 2 Wal Marts only minutes away who could ask for anything more. With Wannamaker Park 15 minutes away, downtown Charleston only 30 minutes away , 1 hour to the beach (Island of Palms), and 1 1/2 hours to Myrtle beach, 2 1/2 hours to Savannah, GA. makes this community even more appealing. With the large lots even a large double wide home still provides the tenant with a nice yard and still gives plenty of room between you and your neighbors. Before moving in 5 years ago, I thoroughly researched many other communities in the area and Strawberry Station was by far the most exceptional Manufactured Home Community in this area. I invite you to come check out our community, you will certainly be impressed.
Pros: Large lots, very affordable, quiet country setting
Cons: No pool or playground for the children
