From the minute you walk through the doors to the Falcon Diner at Ameristar, you feel like you've stepped back in time to the 50's. The spacious diner offers homestyle favorites such as fried chicken meatloaf alongside more modern offerings like the superb Oriental Chicken Salad. Breakfast items, especially the skillets, are top notch; and the bakery case provides mouth-watering snacks 24 hours a day. Also be sure to try the Vanilla Latte at the specialty coffee bar, which isevery bit as good as Starbucks. Can sometimes be a bit crowded, but the food and service are well worth your time and money!
