Rich - are you ready to take this public? I will be more than happy to tell everyone the lies that you and Ian have told us. You are a thief. You are taking people's money and not paying your workers. What is your problem? We had no issues with you or the work you did the first 2 times and now you are a liar and a thief. The lady that says you have awful customer service could not be more right. I am positive you are going out of business and screwing over everyone you can.
