I followed stylist Cecillia Nguyen when she left Jose Luis in favor of Propaganda Hair Group, and I'm thrilled with the new space! She is FANTASTIC, so personable and drama-free, completely understands long layers, and gives me one of the best haircuts I've ever had. Propaganda's space is beautiful and trendy, yet still friendly and quaint. Amazing product selection, specializing in Kevin Murphy, Davines, and W3LL Beauty...and parking is easy thankfully. Cecillia is happier there and I'm thrilled to have been introduced to such a badass salon. OH! And Brandi Cowley, another amazing hairdresser, is there as well... You just can't go wrong with this salon!
