I gave him a one star because this website made me give him something. If i could I would give him a negative fifteen starts. This electricians name is Michael. He is TERRIBLE. As far as quality of work, he is okay. As far as we were able to tell everything worked and so far no problems. As far as professionalism, NOT EXISTENT! As far as customer courtesy, he doesn't even know what that is. I have never experienced a more unprofessional, rude, arrogant man ever in my life. We didn't chose this electrician by choice. We unfortunately got stuck with this guy because he was the electrician the realtor chose to do the work before we bought the home. But believe me, he made me think more than twice about eating the $1500 bullet we already paid him and getting someone else. He is never on time. Is full of excuses why he is late. Called our home phone screaming and threatening not to show up because I didn't call him back that day as I said I would to confirm his start day. Then when asked if he could wait a few minutes til we got home to look at the finished work before I had my wife hand him the final check, he went crazy over the phone. We just paid him and hired a different electrician to do the remaining electric work we want done in the rest of the house. TRUST ME STAY AWAY!
