Review content:
I ordered a table and chairs based on a sample chair in the store; when I received the set, the table was not the same type of wood as the chairs and did not look like the chairs as the salesperson promised. The owner, Mike, was rude and difficult; and demanded a restocking fee, pick-up fee, and new delivery fee (for a replacement table.) I was a loyal customer for six years; purchasing a dining room set and credenza. Needless to say, I don't recommend Brass & Oak in Bel Air, MD.
