Review content:
This place has the best authentic Mexican food I have found in Katy. We have been coming back since we first tried it a year ago. Although it looks a bit like a franchise, it's family owned and a nice change from the large chain places, with friendly staff. Plus we don't have to fight the traffic farther down on Mason. Everything is made fresh and they have the best salsas I've ever had (they make five different kinds!). My wife loves their tostadas and margaritas. I usually get their #2 - steak arrachera tacos, ""alambres"" style and we share an order of empanadas. We've also ordered their family grill for take-out a few times which was real handy via their drive-thru take-out window. It's lots of food for the price and fed our family of four with some left-overs. It's not fast-food, but they get the food out pretty quick. Definitely give this place a try.
