Review content:
I first used Kwik Kar Lube & Tune about 4 months ago when I needed some brake repair. I am a widow and I was extremely nervous about taking my car into a place I knew nothing about. I went online and read the reviews and this helped to relieve my anxiety. I had a very positive experience with them and so when my ""check engine"" light came on a few months later, I returned to Kwik Kar. This happened about a year prior and Lexus charged me $55 dollars to turn the light off. They didn't do any repairs, just turned off the light. Well, I took it in and was there only about 15 - 20 minutes when Gerry, one of the mechanics, came in to tell me he had some ""good news."" He said that he had found the problem and that it was just a hose that had come off (something to do with the emission system). The next words that came out of his mouth were just a total shock to me. He said ""that will be no charge."" Are you kidding me? He could have told me that my ""Johnson rod"" needed to be replaced and I wouldn't have known the difference, but he told me that it was just a quick fix and that my car was ready to go. Well, I want all of you single women out there to know that there are still a few honest mechanics left in the world. Also, this is the cleanest, most ""kid friendly"" place I have ever been in.
Pros: Exceptionist service with a smile.
