Char No 4. looks pretty cool when you first come in, nice bar, really cool light fixtures, LOTS of bourbon. However the dining area is extremely cramped and dark. The entire space is very poorly designed and invokes a feeling of claustrophobia. The music is loud and the wait staff is incredibly ditzy. The food was mediocre at best and there were NO vegetarian options for food. The only meat I eat is seafood and even the scallops were served on a bed of ham and the clam chowder had more bacon in it than clams. Overall a pretty unpleasant dining experience. I might go back for a drink but never a meal.
Pros: nice bar, cool light fixtures
Cons: bad service, no vegetarian options, extremely loud
