This is the worst low income place to live, the managment does not care about the helath and safty of the people that live there, they only care about the way the builings look from the road. most people are paying on the average of 600.00 a month on there heating bill,because of the poor quality and lack of fresh air from the return air into the buildings,witch have not worked properly for about 15 years and it was ment to be heated air back into the buildings,its not,the air is sucked out of the buildings thew the aptments by vent fans on the roof that never shut off, and along with that air go's the heat that the tenant pays for,,,that is sad
