My life partner and I had a very pleasant experience last month with Sterling Settlement. We were to close on our new home at 10 AM on a Friday morning and my partner's car was in the shop overnight. We were about to take my car to the closing and to our horror, it didn't start. I called Sterling Settlement to let them know that we needed to call a cab to get there and that we would be late. To our utter amazement, they said it would not be a problem to pick us up. They came to our apartment right away and took us to their office and were most kind to us about the car situation. They not only did that but they also took us home and on the way back, stopped at our garage repairman so that we could arrange to have the car towed in.
