I've lived here for almost two years, but after this year, I'm gone.
Let me just say I am not one to write negative reviews, there may even be a review of mine earlier praising this place. There are some positives: great location, clean, new apartments, great response time by maintenance, new/clean gym, and plenty of complex 'activities' for those who like that. Parking is just ok, better than other complexes I've lived in. Having your own garage is nice!
A year ago I would have renewed for sure, now I will not.
Office staff provides incorrect information at very important times: such as renewing lease, automatic rent pay system overall, etc. EVERY time I have called office staff to check on a new procedure I have been given wrong information. EACH AND EVERY TIME. And to add to that they have been curt, snotty, and rude when I have tried to explain things (mostly because I've never spoken to the same person twice).
Look elsewhere, there are great complexes in OC/Costa Mesa/Newport area. Just sadly, no longer here.
