Review content:
BEWARE DOING BUSINESS WITH DAVID FERCH, OWNER OF DAKOTA MAINTENANCE. He was supposed to renovate my front yard landscape and install a modular 3 piece paver system for my entry and from front to back patio. I found out the head way that this contractor has little or no experience in paver installation. He did not understand the random pattern of the 3 piece stem and not have any compaction equipment. He used the wrong type of sand for the base and was not planning to do any excavation to make pavers level with front yard. His services were terminated. Paver manufacturer recommended a qualified paver installer to complete the job.
