Black hires non-speaking Hispanics about 20 years old to do the work. He advertises ""Experienced"" but does not hire experienced. No way can 20 year old Hispanics have 30 years experience. Totally destroyed my homes foundation. They even took one of my paving stones to hold up my house. Used 8 wood shims in place of a brick to hold up my house. How long do you think 8 cheap wood shims will stay in place and not rot out? I could go on and on how each pad and block looks but would run out of room here.
