Ill start off by saying this was the first time I have ever eaten at Buffalo Wild Wings at the Broken Arrow location near 71st st. We ordered 24 wings, chips and salsa, and french fries (salt and vineger) the waiter was nice, the food tasted GREAT! i was on my 4th wing, my wife was on her 3rd, when all the sudden a ROACH wanders out from our food. my wife FREAKS out and screams. The waiter apologized, got the manager, she offered free meals, free vouchers this and that. but NOTHING will get me to go back.
Its a shame, the food was so good, and we only ate 8 hot-wings out of 24, and like 4 fries...we jumped up so fast i walked out and realized i still had buffalo sauce all
over my hands and mouth when i got in the car.
We will file complain with ""Tulsa-Health. org"" to have them inspected. For your sake I hope they see this and clean it up before the inspection happens, because otherwise this restaurant would have had 5 stars.
A roach in the food, does that even happen? apparently it does at this place. Steer clear of this place until the complaint inspection goes through, and you can check out all their prior health inspections at the link below:

Oh by the way, the manager on duty actually said ""someone must have carried the roach in on them"" which my wife took serious offense to, because she said it in an accusatory fashion. Please dont say things like that to customer in the future, Ms. Manager.
