Review content:
I have a lot of friends who work and frequent this establishment. They have many excellent managers who realize why the customers are here. They have one manager who was working until 8pm on 1/24/11 and again at 3pm> on 1/29./11 who thinks she needs to show who is in charge and change channels on the tv sets if she thinks someone is interested. If customers are treated poorly like this and forced into submission, I can't continue to frequent this establishment.
