Austec is the worst! We've had a technician come ouT 6 times (SIX) to ""fix"" our Maytag dryer! Each time he comes out he says it's fixed, but within an hour is stops working. Lauren (the receptionist) is extremely rude, and will not connect us to the owner (larry). To say that this ""company"" is giving out good service is a joke! There is no reason that a technician should have to come out 6 times to fix something that he should be well trained & certified in. I am extremely disappointed with Austec and am shocked that they are credited through the BBB. Don't worry, you will be hearing from the BBB soon, Larry! My husband and I have sent Larry 4 e-mails, and he has not responded to ANY of them. What kind of business is this? PEOPLE BEWARE OF THIS SHADY COMPANY!!!
