Review content:
Samsung washer went out. Austec came out three days later. My choices were limited as not many appliance repair people work on Samsung. The appliance service manager told me my pump was out and he would place an order for one when he got back to the office. I told him I would be glad to pay extra for expedited shipping. He said he would have the parts department let me know if that was possible and that he would definitely be able to repair the machine before Christmas. Between the holidays and slogging back and forth to the laundromat, I mistakenly trusted this company to perform as professionals. I received a telephone call today, two weeks after my washer quit working, asking me to authorize the order of the part! It seems that the parts manager went on vacation for a week and no one bothered to conduct business while he was gone, so my parts order was never placed!! Absolutely ridiculous and irresponsible. How do these people stay in business!!!??? Yuk!!!
